Subscriptions

Subscriptions describe what options do you have in your Testein account

There are 4 different subscriptions, that differ by such options:

  1. Max number of users – how many users can your organization have
  2. Max number of tests – how many tests can your organization have at the same time
  3. Max number of agents – how many agents can your organization connect
  4. Retention policy – how long we will keep your logs, tasks, notification in our system
  5. Support – how you can reach us with problems that you have

Testein provides these subcription plans:

  1. Solo:
    • Number of users – 1
    • Number of tests – 50
    • Number of agents – 10
    • Retention policy – 1 month
    • Support – only email
    • Price – 20$ per month
  2. Small team:
    • Number of users – 5
    • Number of tests – 100
    • Number of agents – 20
    • Retention policy – 1 month
    • Support – 8×5 Online Support
    • Price – 35$ per month
  3. Team:
    • Number of users – 25
    • Number of tests – 500
    • Number of agents – 50
    • Retention policy – 3 months
    • Support – 8×5 Online Support
    • Price – 80$ per month
  4. Enterprise:
    • Number of users – Unlimited
    • Number of tests – Unlimited
    • Number of agents – Unlimited
    • Retention policy – 6 months
    • Support – 24×7 Online Support
    • Price – 300$ per month
